Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel is dedicated to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website located at www.costabellaresort.com. This privacy policy (“Policy”) explains our policies and practices regarding the personal information we collect on the Costabella Site-including the types of information collected and how it is used and shared.
2. CONSENT TO THIS HOTEL GUEST PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy is part of Costabella’s terms and conditions governing our hotel services. By accepting said terms and conditions, you expressly consent to this Privacy Policy.
Costabella may use your personal information for marketing purposes. If required by applicable law, you will be requested to give your prior express consent to receive such marketing materials.
